Learn how to track customer behavior
Managing Your House File Using RFM
Steve Lett

Description

Marketing Strategy 101: Understanding RFM

In this 101 online marketing class, learn the first step in managing your house file: Understanding how to segment your house file by Recency, Frequency and Monetary Value (R-F-M). Understanding customer behavior helps predict future customer purchases. RFM helps you create models for which customers to mail to, when, and how often.

Next step: Grow your 0-12 month buyer file.

Class instructor Steve Lett is an excellent teacher, and industry resource for many of us. In step 2 of this class, Steve will help you learn the importance of growing your 0-12 month buyer count. He also touches on the difference between a “buyer” and a “customer”. Polish up these basic concepts on your way to becoming a marketing expert.

Steve Lett is an industry expert who makes complex models easy to understand.
