My favorite response to Covid-19 so far

Today I got my favorite email about the virus from JunoActive. It’s warm and calm. It acknowledges two real pain points for their customers and offers real solutions. The overall tone is straightforward and helpful. As bad as this is, it’s also an opportunity to connect and help your customers. When this finally winds down, your customers will remember that you cared and tried to help. Ask yourself what are their pain points and how can you help.

What a Week!  I’m writing to let you all know, in these hard times, we truly appreciate you, our valued customers.  As we all do our part in practicing responsible social distancing, we’ve been thinking about what we can do to help assist you in this new practice.

 

6 by 6:  Stay Active Video Blog Series

With many clubs closed, we are starting a new video series on our blog so you can stay active during this time.  We are calling it “6 by 6.”  In only a space 6’ square – you can do some great new moves!  These videos will be posted on our blog at JunoActive.com .  Watch your emails for announcements.  I’m very excited about this new endeavor!  Suggestions?  Let me know what you think at annekelly@junoactive.com.

We know that social distancing means adjusting our lifestyles.  This includes how we shop.  To ease that burden, now, through April, and as long as self-quarantining rules are in place, we are offering $4.99 flat rate shipping on orders up to $199 and free shipping on any order over $200, contiguous U.S. only.  No code necessary.

We are following all best practices in our warehouse and you can rest assured that everything is coming to you clean.  Jen, Bryan, and Mona are following all best-practices.  Our inventory will continue to be updated daily.  Watch for new products introductions and specials offers by way of email and social media posts.

 

Our staff won’t miss a beat!

The hard-working JunoActive staff will not miss a beat.  Two of us will self-isolate here at work, our marketing team and customer service teams will be working remotely, and our warehouse team is self-isolated in the warehouse, shipping and receiving daily.  We look forward to meeting your activewear needs during this time. 

 

Many of you are home, often with kids that need your attention.  We will all find a way!  Hang in there. And remember, getting outside is a great option, just keep your social distance!  Thank you for your continued support!
