How I learned to be happy and love the chaos

This fall, I was honored to be asked to speak at the NEMOA directXchange conference as part of the Xpress talks. If you have not been to a NEMOA conference I can’t recommend them enough, and I’m not just saying that. Though most of the presentations are longer and more in depth, Xpress talks are fast, out of the box thinking, that’s pertinent to our industry. I wanted to share my part of the talks with the Cat-U audience. It’s just over 5 minutes, and if you are feeling stressed about the future of catalogs, this will put your mind at ease. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

BTW: The next NEMOA conference is March 22-24, in Boston. I hope I see you there!

All the best,

Sarah Fletcher
